RULES

Applying as designer or blogger for PARADISE OASIS EVENT means you read & accepted the rules below. For any questions contact our fashion event manager.

Create good quality original mesh. For the ones who will participate to our full perm event, will be accepted ONLY the ones who create HIGH QUALITY textures.

  ONLY mesh creations

  having a space to join our group

copyright infringement is totally prohibited ... be creative... get your own style

 for the original mesh designers, at least 1 item must be original or be creative with your texture

you must fill out reapplication for next month event. If you are on our waiting list, just be ready to set up your booth at the last moment.

we have 300 booths available for the original mesh creators:

20 regular ones ( PRICE: 1500 L's with 30 prim's ) (LandingPoint)

 -  sponsor ones ( PRICE: 800 L's with 50 prim's )

we have 57 booths available for the full perm creators:

37 regular ones ( PRICE: 2200 L's with 30 prim's )

20 sponsor ones ( PRICE: 1800 L's with 50 prim's )

it is mandatory to participate in the round next to your apply & at least once in the next 3 months. If not you will be removed from our group.

event fees will not be refunded for late setup or breach of event rules.

booths must be paid in advance and set up completely   (check our timeline)

 the booth will be assigned by the management ONLY

designers who will sale during the round their exclusive creations at their mainstore OR another event will be removed without any chance to be re-accepted. ONLY @ THE END OF THE ROUND you'll be able to sale them at other places. Same for the full perm designers, we do consider your creation texturification included as an exclusivity for our event.

 each designers who would have been accepted must put at their mainstore the logo & our landmark, in case you do not have a mainstore on the grid you must put us in your favorites OR picks.

submit your vendor to our FLICKR ( deadline the 14th)

payment of the booth will be done into a specific localization (landmark will be sent in staff in same time of the opening to take a booth for the next round) 

 it is mandatory to send a "blogger package" into our group.

For designers:

For bloggers/vloggers:

have a Flickr account with:

- an existence minimum of 6 months

- 20 groups affiliated to fashion minimum

have a blog updated is appreciated

have an avatar updated 

take high/good quality photos

have a space to join our group

submit all posts into our FLICKR group

identify on every post you do the name of our event & the localization

submit the blogger report every month

for any questions ALWAYS contact our event manager

 an inactivity of 2 months without letting us know will ended up to be removed.

TIMELINE

⏭ 10th : start set up for designers @ 11 am SLT.

⏭ 13th: End set up by 11am SLT.

⏭ 14th: Pre-opening for 30 VIPS & special party @ Trinity club by 11am SLT.

⏭ 15th: OPENING event @ 11am SLT.

19th: rent for next round open @ 11am SLT.

⏭ 9th : End of event @ 11am SLT.
